WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HYDRAULIC INSURANCE AND MECHANICAL INSURANCE?
If the machinery is exposed to over loading due to compaction (i.e. sheet metal compaction and different sheet thickness) of the mold during its operation causes severe damages in the mold and the machines. To avoid such damages, we use hydraulic insurance, which prevents them in the first place. Mechanical Insurance, which is also used as an insurance system, is also avaliable. However, it is know that the Mechanical Insurance breaks off after it completes the assigned task. It takes quite a lot of time for such machinery to recover and operate again. On the other hand, there is no broken part whatsoever with the Hydraulic Insurance, plus re-operation does not cause us to lose time
